Payment Error

Did you receive a "payment error" when trying to complete your Spartan registration?


Your error may have looked like this: 


Payment errors can be due to a number of issues - insufficient balance on your card, billing postcodes codes not matching, an expired card, etc. 

If you experience a Payment Issue, unfortunately our Spartan Customer Support Team will not be able to assist but if you could please direct your query to the Registration Support team at with the details of your race and they will be able to assist you.


(Note: Most issues can be solved by our direct Spartan Customer Support team at, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us. However, there are a few specific issues such as this one that must be addressed by our Payment Provider - Chronotrack.)
