Payment Error

Did you receive a "payment error" when trying to complete your Spartan registration?

 

Your error may have looked like this: 

 

Payment errors can be due to a number of issues - insufficient balance on your card, billing postcodes codes not matching, an expired card, etc. 

If you experience a Payment Issue, unfortunately our Spartan Customer Support Team will not be able to assist but if you could please direct your query to the Registration Support team at regsupport@chronotrack.com with the details of your race and they will be able to assist you.

 

(Note: Most issues can be solved by our direct Spartan Customer Support team at info@spartanrace.com.au, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us. However, there are a few specific issues such as this one that must be addressed by our Payment Provider - Chronotrack.)
